By downloading, installing or using TickerClip, you agree to these terms.

1. License

One purchase grants one user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TickerClip 1.x on up to three Macs under that user's control. It includes permanent use of the purchased version and all TickerClip 1.x updates.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent or publicly distribute a license key, or bypass license validation, reverse engineer or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits it. Organizations must purchase enough licenses for their actual users.

3. Payment and refunds

Our Merchant of Record handles payments, local taxes and receipts. You may request a refund within seven days of your first purchase. Orders involving abuse, fraud or large-scale use may be ineligible.

4. Updates

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain TickerClip 1.x, but do not promise permanent availability of a feature, compatibility with every future macOS release or updates on a fixed schedule. Future major versions may be sold separately.

5. Accuracy and risk

OCR results can contain errors. Verify tickers, numbers and other recognized content before submitting it to a trading, financial or business system. TickerClip does not provide investment advice or place trades.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is, without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use, inability to use or reliance on recognized text.

7. Termination

A serious breach of these terms may terminate the license. After termination, you must stop using and delete copies of the app.
